More than just a
Riding Program.

Our Programs

Victory Gallop is committed to providing innovative, progressive, and high-quality therapeutic programming for children facing life-threatening illnesses and behavioral and emotional challenges through the powerful partnership between horse and rider. For 30 years, we have remained dedicated to serving children whose needs are often unseen and underserved.

Our first responsibility is always to the children and families we serve. We strive to create a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment where each child is accepted as they are and encouraged to grow beyond perceived limitations.

Through structured equine-assisted activities and supportive mentorship, children build self-esteem, improve physical fitness, strengthen task completion skills, and develop greater socialization and communication abilities. At Victory Gallop, success is measured not only in riding skills, but in confidence gained, resilience strengthened, and hope restored.

"We feel that many of our students need more than just a riding program, so we strive to offer other unique and fun programs for the kids. We want the farm to be a place where kids want to be."

Additional Programs

Fun Day

Each summer ends with “FUN DAY.” All students and volunteers are invited to partake in this crazy, fun filled day. Activities include bouncers, obstacle courses, crafts, food, face painting and more. It is a great way to end the summer.

Birthdays

Victory Gallop feels everyone deserves to have their special day recognized, so each rider’s birthday is celebrated with a pan of homemade brownies, singing and a birthday card that they receive at their home.

Holiday Parties

Each winter session ends with Victory Gallop's Holiday Party. Riders, volunteers, staff and their families join together for this festive event. The highlight of the event is when each child and volunteer receive their special gift from the horses at Victory Gallop.

Social Events

Throughout the year we schedule Extra Curricular activities for our riders. Our goal is to have the children take what they learn at the farm and carry it into the community in a safe and fun way. In the past, activities have included bowling, movies, painting classes and trips to nearby horseshows.

Camps

Summer social skills camps are offered to the riders enrolled in Victory Gallop. The camps are designed to help the students in our program work on social skills, learn responsibility, team work, respect for others and many other needed daily life skills. Students are able to be at the farm where they feel comfortable with their surroundings while working with other riders and volunteers to accomplish these goals.

Horse Shows

At the end of each session students have the opportunity to show case what they have learned during the 12 week session. It is a great time to invite family and friends to come watch and share in their accomplishments.
